Inversions can be scary, but with the right preparation that includes strength building, technique, flexibility, and endurance, most people can find success. Handstands can bring a sense of freedom. They can help you build upper body strength. They can keep you healthy by reversing the beating our bodies take by being on our feet all day.
This handstand series is for all-levels of students who want to improve their handstand practice. Whether you're just starting out, or you've been practicing for years, Cassie will provide you with drills and a technical eye that will refine and enhance your handstand.
